Denise Ford, a Certified Nutrition Consultant, offers a range of services. With the skills necessary to provide an environment of empowerment and education, Denise will support you as you make positive changes in both your diet and your lifestyle.

 

  • Three Month Signature Nutrition Plan - is designed to be a more personal plan focused on private consulting sessions. Together, you and Denise will work to develop a personal program designed to suit your individual health needs and goals. Once you have started on your path toward wellness, Denise will provide ongoing nurturing support.

  • Am I Hungry?®Workshops - are based on Michelle May, MD’s book, “Eat What You Love, Love What You Eat.” For a free download of the first chapter of her book click here Eat What You Love: Chapter 1.
