Three Month Signature Nutrition Plan
This program is for individuals who truly want to make changes in their relationship to food and eating. Emphasis will be placed on not just WHAT you eat, but WHY and HOW you eat. With a guiding principle being “the slower you eat, the faster you metabolize,” you will be expertly guided to re-balance thought patterns, habits and eating choices that keep you feeling trapped and off course, while helping you move closer to your personal health goals. You will learn to choose foods that are both pleasing as well as nourishing to your body. My goal is to put you in the driver’s seat, allowing you to make permanent, sustainable health changes in a relaxing and supportive environment.
Program Structure:
You get a total of 8 sessions:
- Your first 4 sessions are scheduled in the first month to create consistency and momentum.
- The following 2 sessions are scheduled in the second month and the last 2 sessions in the third month.
- Initial assessments are an hour and a half with the following sessions being one hour.
- Sessions can be in person or over the phone.
- Email support is unlimited during your 3-month program. Feel free to email me between sessions with your questions or concerns.
- During each session you will receive recommendations, action steps (homework), handouts, and session notes to keep you motivated and on course.
Your signature nutrition plan includes:
- A comprehensive initial assessment of your current eating habits and attitudes towards food.
- Customized nutrition planning with menu guidance.
- Supportive articles and handouts specific to your health concerns.
- Quick and easy recipes to support your progress.
- Optional: you may substitute a grocery store tour for one of the sessions (during the 2nd or 3rd month).
