Nutritionist, Nuala McBride, is registered under the Association for Nutrition in the UK and founder of The Nutritious Way (est. 2021). Her clinical approach blends international experience (from Sydney, Australia) and personal insight, shaped by her own journey to a diagnosis of coeliac disease.
Nuala works with people whose microbiome is quietly holding them back - from daily bloating and uncomfortable digestion to low energy.
Work can be underpinned by functional testing to ensure data driven, personalised insights are being used to guide busy professionals to elevate their microbiome. Nuala helps clients develop realistic, lasting habits tailored to their goals and lifestyles.
The online clinic is based in Saffron Walden (UK) and offers in-person consultations at Salus Wellness in Cambridge, alongside online sessions for clients wherever they are.
